Vintage 1990s After Dark White Sleeveless Drop Waist Formal Cocktail Dress w/ Ruched & Ruffled Chiffon Skirt. Features a zipper closure at back. Bodice fabric is slightly sheer (looks like it had a lace overlay that was cut out by previous owner).
